Our Business:

Our organization has served the community for 28 years.  We have very high staff retention resulting in continuity of care for our children thus fostering security with social and emotional well being.  Most of our teachers have been with our center  for many years.  Most of our families have, too!

Our dedication shows on our licensing inspection reports filed with the State of Michigan, Macomb County Health Department, Fire Marshall and in the smiles on our children's faces.  Longevity  reports show that our students have continued to excell in elementary and middle school.  A number of our students have graduated with honors from high school and college!

Our Staff:

We take pride in our positions as early childhood educators. 

Executive Director:

Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Guidance and Counseling from Rochester College, Early Childhood Education, Oakland University, Child Development Associate (CDA), 30 years experience,  member of National Association for Education of Young Children (NAEYC)

Program Director: Early Childhood Education Western Michigan University, University of South Carolina, Michigan State University Extension Services 4C's, High/Scope Curriculum and, 23 years of experience with children, member of NAEYC and Michigan Association for Education for Young Children (MIAEYC)

All of our staff meet or exceed the state requirements for education and training including American Red Cross CPR, First Aid, and Blood Pathogen training. All staff have their educational training updated yearly with a minimum of 12 clock hours in Early Childhood Development and Education. FBI background checks and child abuse/neglect investigations are completed prior to offering employment.
